ROLCS Science Fair Highlights Student Curiosity

The ROLCS Science Fair on May 15th was incredible. The top five winners’ experiments centered on carbon cycling, the layers of the Earth, tectonic plates, natural disasters, and the water cycle.

Each project was voted on by parents and staff using an evaluation rubric covering accuracy, presentation, use of the scientific method or engineering design process, creativity, and proper citation.

Grades K–4 contributed class projects — kindergarteners proudly built an erupting volcano.
